Liban is enthusiastic about his professional development as well as leading his team well. Outside of work, you will find him volunteering at community welfares, further enhancing his creative problem-solving skills.

He has worked in numerous sectors until he began lecturing in various colleges specialising in Health & Social Care, Business Administration, Customer Services and IT. Jamal has also helped trained people in employability skills and apprenticeship programmes. As the founder of Bright Star Training and Development, he works extremely hard to ensure we’re trained properly here at Arale Care.
