Providing great and compassionate care isn’t just about the delivery of the care. We have to be assured that our standards are being maintained that our staff buy in to our daily practice and that integrity is a real part of our culture.
To make the above a reality, we have a robust quality assurance structure where we conduct monthly audits in many areas, including supervision, training, accident analysis, spot checks and appraisals.
We don’t conduct these audits and checks for the sake of conducing them. We use the information we obtain to compile actions that are implemented. This ensures that we are able to dilute and negate shortfalls and ensure that we’re always getting better.
