Jamal is our Training Manager here at Arale Care. He has worked in numerous sectors until he began lecturing in various colleges specialising in Health & Social Care, Business Administration, Customer Services and IT. Jamal has also helped trained people in employability skills and apprenticeship programmes. As the founder of Bright Star Training and Development, he works extremely hard to ensure we’re trained properly here at Arale Care.
